AttiNexis Learning and Edtech LLP is a career-readiness education company based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, operating the website attinexis.com and delivering campus-to-corporate readiness programs to colleges, students, and professionals.

We do not currently collect payment or financial information through this website. Fees for programs are handled separately through a direct agreement or invoice with your institution.

Cookies: This website does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. It loads fonts and icons from Google Fonts and Font Awesome's content delivery networks, which may receive standard technical request information (such as IP address) as part of serving those files — this is not used by AttiNexis for tracking. If we introduce analytics tools in the future, this Policy and a cookie consent mechanism will be updated accordingly before those tools go live.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide information about our programs
  • To prepare and share program quotes or proposals with your institution
  • To deliver a program or service you or your institution have engaged us for

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law. Enquiry data from prospects who do not proceed with a program is retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised.

As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:

  • Request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request erasure of your personal data, subject to our legal and legitimate business retention needs
  • Withdraw consent at any time for uses based on consent (this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal)
  • Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity
  • Register a grievance regarding how your data has been handled

8. Children's Data

Our Services are intended for college students, professionals, and institutional staff, generally aged 18 and above. Where a program is designed for participants under 18, we will seek verifiable parental or guardian consent before processing that individual's personal data, as required under the DPDP Act.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party platforms, including our Substack blog and social media profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
